A beautiful morning it was
She and he,two amazing souls woke up next to each other like every morning
Everything usual, Breakfast, Morning prayers..
But in their love story, there was one problem..
One was muslim, The other a punjabi, Hindu
Both were indians, yet had to face obstacles during their marriage time but somehow, Their love for each other was enough to get over the hurdles ..
After an hour of spending quality family time over breakfast and prayers ,
The 5 year old little girl and her father left for the school
The charming lady went back to do her house chores
At around 2'o clock, when the man came back home for lunch
He found the door of the house open
He called for his lady but nobody answered
He checked the rooms, still found nobody
As he went near the door that opened in the backyard
He saw drops of blood..
His pace fastened and to his horror, he saw a body lying in the garden covered with a white cloth
Unable to move he sat where he was
The wind removed the sheet that covered the face of the body
Tears rolled down and he could not believe
He ran outside the house and to the neighbourer
'They killed her for a reason, and what they did was right !'
'Reason? What reason? Is there ever a reason that can justify murder ?'
'You are a little distured right now dear boy, come inside and have a cup of tea'
'Are you mad? Tell me why ?!'
'She was hindu, that is enough a reason'
He ran back home to where his love lay lifeless
He called her name but she dint open her eyes
He cried and cried
Screamed and shouted
Cursed and prayed
But nothing could bring her back
What would he tell her child? Mommy was killed because she was hindu ?
Because grandpa was born a punjabi ?
The Indo-Pak sepration destroyed millions of families
Deprived people of their homes and cities
Human killed human,they couldn't stand even each other's breath
A never ending enemity got constructed
And right now too, atleast 20 people would be fighting over each other's caste in India..
